Meet Doug Madison Jr., Fast Removal Property Services

Fast Removal Property Services provides rapid, comprehensive, and often same day hauling of unwanted household items, estate clean outs, construction debris, and small-scale demolition services for residential and commercial customers.

WHY DID YOU START THIS BUSINESS?

I started this business to support my community and provide for my family. As we approach our first anniversary, we held a 2025 back-to-school giveaway in South Evansville, distributing about 75 backpacks and school supplies, along with free haircuts. We value our reputation and customer service highly.

WHAT DO YOU HOPE THIS BUSINESS PROVIDES FOR THE COMMUNITY?

I hope this business serves as a beacon of hope for young Black children, showing them that success in life isn’t limited to careers in rap or sports. We also want to promote a culture of giving back, inspired by Courtney Johnson at Y&E.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE THROUGHOUT LAUNCHING YOUR BUSINESS?

One of our main obstacles has been getting our business listed on global platforms like Google. Their verification process is quite challenging, which has pushed us to think creatively when it comes to advertising and marketing strategies.

WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE TO INSPIRE ENTREPRENEURS?

My advice is to focus on your strengths and put in your best effort. Stay positive and trust in God; success will follow.
