FedEx E-Commerce Learning Lab Offers Training and $5,000 Grant

Entrepreneurs looking to grow their online sales can apply now for a four-month e-commerce training program from FedEx and partners, with participants who complete the program receiving a $5,000 business grant.

Applications are now open for the FedEx E-Commerce Learning Lab, a four-month business development program designed to help entrepreneurs increase online sales and strengthen their e-commerce strategy.

The program, offered by Accion Opportunity Fund in partnership with FedEx and 37 Oaks, includes e-commerce training, expert coaching, interactive workshops, networking opportunities and fulfillment support through the 2026 holiday season.

Participants who complete the program will receive a $5,000 grant to invest back into their business.

Eligible businesses must:

  • Be U.S.-based and operating for at least six months
  • Sell a packaged, shelf-stable product
  • Be active on social media
  • Have earned less than $500,000 in revenue during 2025
