Campbell is focused on building trust through compassionate care and seeks to increase the businesses’ presence within the local community as it continues to grow its client base.

Why did you decide to start this business?

I decided to start Precious Angels Home Care LLC because I have always had a passion for helping others and making a positive difference in people’s lives. After working in healthcare for many years, I saw firsthand how important it is for seniors and individuals with disabilities to have dependable, compassionate support while remaining comfortable in their own homes. I wanted to create a company that families could trust to treat their loved ones with dignity, respect, patience, and kindness. Precious Angels Home Care was created not only to provide quality care, but also to serve my community, create employment opportunities, and build meaningful relationships with the individuals and families we serve.

What do you hope this business will provide for the community?

I hope Precious Angels Home Care LLC will provide our community with dependable, compassionate, and affordable care that allows individuals to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. My goal is to give families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are being treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.

I also want to create employment opportunities for caring individuals in our community and build strong partnerships with local healthcare providers and organizations. As the business grows, I hope Precious Angels becomes a trusted resource that families can turn to when they need support, companionship, and quality personal care services.

What has been your biggest challenge throughout the process of launching your business?

My biggest challenge has been building awareness and establishing a steady client base while navigating the requirements of starting and growing a home care agency. There are many steps involved, including licensing, insurance, hiring, marketing, and developing relationships with referral partners. As a newer business, earning the trust of families and community organizations takes time. However, these challenges have motivated me to become more knowledgeable, build stronger community partnerships, and continue improving my business. I have learned to remain patient, consistent, and focused on my goal of making Precious Angels Home Care LLC a trusted and dependable resource in the community.

What is your advice to aspiring entrepreneurs?

My advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is to believe in your vision and never give up just because the process becomes difficult. Starting a business requires patience, consistency, sacrifice, and a willingness to learn. There will be setbacks, delays, and moments when things do not go as planned, but every challenge can teach you something valuable. Do your research, ask questions, build relationships, and never be afraid to seek help from people who have experience. Most importantly, remember why you started. Stay focused on your purpose, celebrate your progress, and keep moving forward even when success does not happen overnight.
